Chapter President Leadership Program
The Chapter President Leadership Program (CPLP) offers a new approach to training CSEA chapter presidents. This multi-level program adds depth and value to the skills that presidents need to lead their chapters during challenging times. In order for our chapters to continue to grow and thrive, presidents need to effectively wear many hats and have skills that may not necessarily be taught as part of their everyday work. This program was established to deliver high quality, advanced training to chapter presidents, including classroom and practical hands-on training activities.
The CPLP will develop your skills in the areas of leadership, communication, member engagement, project management and much more.
