CSEA Board of Directors
The CSEA Board of Directors consists of five Constitutional Officers and 10 Area Directors, each of whom is democratically elected by CSEA members. All Board members are volunteers who work regular classified jobs. Only the Association President is granted full release time from his/her classified job.
Association President
Allan Clark
is the Association’s 43rd president since 1927. Clark has worked as a general maintenance/grounds worker with Riverbank Unified School District since 1982. He has been a member of the CSEA Board of Directors since 2001, and served in a variety of capacities for Riverbank Unified Chapter 31. Clark is also a certified facilitator for at-risk youth.
